Our Warranties & Guarantees

  • We honor all manufacturer warranties.
  • We guarantee labor for appliance repairs for 30 days.
  • We warranty all replacement parts for 30 days from the installation date. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties of 1 year or more.
  • The standard manufacturer’s warranty for new appliances is up to 5 years, depending on the brand.
  • We guarantee labor for new HVAC installation (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) for 1 year minimum. Some HVAC components may come with extended manufacturer’s warranties of 10-20 years, which we honor in all cases.

Our Service Policies

  • We charge the same reasonable hourly fee for work regardless of the day or time of day.
  • There are no extra charges for holiday work or services performed on commercial appliances in remote parts of Los Angeles.
  • If you contact us before noon, we may be able to offer same-day repair.
  • All West Coast Chief Repair technicians are professionally trained, licensed, insured, and certified. We don’t hire contractors.

We’re proud to be the go-to appliance company for many homes, businesses, and apartment blocks from Thousand Oaks to Pomona and Irvine to Lancaster.

We fix, maintain, and install most home and most commercial appliances, including:

  • Air conditioners
  • Heaters
  • HVAC systems
  • Kitchen appliances
  • Washers and dryers

We also sell appliances out of our Burbank location. Customers are welcome to visit; however, it’s more of a warehouse than showcase. Commercial customers like large apartment complexes account for most of our sales.
